Hitting the road today with your running shoes? Or even walking fast today? It’s Global Running day once again. This day is celebrated by everyone who loves to run and a few of us who are obsessed with running.
Today, many people laced up their running shoes and got outside. It was great running weather because it was slightly overcast and cool.
The more intriguing thing happening is the Million Kid Run (NYRR in my area), which encourages kids to get moving and stay healthy. There are races in many parks and at the NYRR run Center for both adults and kids.

I did my 3 .1 miles this morning in Prospect Park, and I may even get my husband out in the afternoon. Happy Running!
